Use of Addison Client Management System

I use Addison as a secure client management and booking system to support the administration of your sessions. Addison allows me to manage and reschedule appointments and keep track of the number of sessions you have completed.

Addison also forms part of my professional contingency plan. This means that, in the unlikely event that something happened to me and I was unexpectedly unable to contact you myself, appropriate steps could be taken to ensure you were notified.

Your privacy and confidentiality remain very important. No one can access or see any of your information, and your information is not publicly visible. The only personal information I store within Addison is your name, phone number and email address, which is used for appointment and administrative purposes and is only accessible to me in the normal course of providing your care.

Information held within Addison is protected using appropriate security and encryption measures and is managed in accordance with applicable privacy and confidentiality requirements.

Clinical notes, reports, assessment information, and other sensitive clinical records are not stored within Addison.

This wording describes how Addison is used, not legal advice. You remain responsible for your agreement meeting your own professional, ethical and contractual obligations.
