Addison Office questions
Who is Addison Office for?
Group practices and shared offices with rooms to book, whether your own clinicians use them, you hire them out, or both.
Do I need Addison Professional?
No. Addison Office works on its own for room bookings. Addison Professional is a separate plan for your own client work (scheduling, funded allocations and contingency planning), if you want that too.
Can my own team use rooms outside hire hours?
Yes. Hire hours only apply to people hiring a room. Your own team can use a room at any time.
Can a room be double-booked?
No. A confirmed booking holds the room, along with any gap you set between bookings. Requests waiting for an answer are flagged, so you see a clash before you confirm.
How much is Addison Office?
NZ$19 a month for up to 3 rooms, then NZ$5 a month for each extra room. Paying yearly, the first 3 rooms are NZ$190 a year, 2 months free. It is a plan of its own, so you can use it just for room bookings without signing up to Addison Professional.
Is GST added to room hire?
Income shows what hirers pay, with no GST added.
