Allocations

Know what is funded before you deliver it.

Track funded blocks of sessions or hours per client against any funder. Addison counts down what is left as sessions complete, so nothing funded expires unused.

Completed and forecast income, kept apart

Completed income is what your delivered sessions are worth. Forecast income is what your current allocations are worth if they run to their end date. Each answers a different question.

Any funder, sessions or hours

ACC contracts, EAP providers, insurers, employers, or self-funded work. Each allocation carries its funder and service, a start date, and usually an end date.

Counted from the sessions, not alongside them

Mark a session completed and the balance moves. Cancel it and it does not. There is no second spreadsheet to keep in step with your calendar.

A state that matches reality

Allocations are active, on hold, or completed, with start and end dates, so a client coming back after a pause is not booked against an approval that has run out.

FAQ

Allocations questions

Does it work for ACC?

Yes. An allocation can carry an ACC funder and service, alongside EAP providers, insurers, employers, or self-funded work.

Can I track hours rather than sessions?

Yes. Allocations can be funded blocks of sessions or of hours.

What is the difference between completed and forecast income?

Completed income is what delivered sessions are worth, and it does not change. Forecast income assumes your current allocations run to their end date, so treat it as the top of a range rather than a promise.

Does allocation tracking cost extra?

No. It is part of the one plan, NZ$29 a month.
