Booking link

A booking link that only offers times you are free.

Clients ask for a time through your public link. Each request is matched against your availability before it reaches you, so the only decision left is whether to say yes.

Scheduling a session: a month picker beside the times still available that day

Checked before it reaches you

Every request is compared with the things you already set once.

  • Your weekly hours, including split days
  • Date overrides, such as a day marked as unavailable
  • Personal commitments from Google Calendar, if you have connected it

You decide on every request

Requests wait for you, matched to your availability. Accept a request and create the client in the same step.

When the time does not work

Choose I’m unavailable. You can ask the client to pick a new time, or offer a few specific times they can book in one click. Nothing is sent until you confirm, and every email leaves the client a way to rebook.

Unlimited requests

Unlimited clients, sessions, and booking requests on the one plan. Your price never grows with your caseload.

FAQ

Booking link questions

Do I need to switch anything on?

No. If you have set your weekly hours, requests through your link arrive already checked. If you have not, start in Availability.

What does a client see if I cannot take their request?

An email in plain language that offers a way forward: a new time to pick, or specific times you offered. Nothing is sent until you confirm.

Is there a charge per booking?

No. There are no per-client, per-booking, or per-session charges.
