Scheduling

Every session, every request, one calendar.

Month, week, and day views sit over the same filterable sessions list, whether a client came through a referral partner or booked with you directly.

Addison's month calendar, with sessions from different funders on the same grid

Only the times you are actually free

Whether you book a session yourself or a client asks through your public link, Addison offers the times your availability allows.

Availability, set once

Set your weekly hours, add date overrides for the days that are different, and Addison works in your profile timezone.

  • Weekly hours, including split days
  • Date overrides for leave and one-off changes
  • Rooms or telehealth, duration, and status on every session

Calendar sync

Connect Google Calendar so personal commitments block out your working hours. Outlook and iCloud sync is coming soon.

Outcomes in your words

Mark a session completed, or record a DNA when a client did not attend. Sessions still waiting for an outcome show up on your Today page, so nothing slips between appointments.

FAQ

Scheduling questions

Which calendars can I connect?

Google Calendar today. Outlook and iCloud are coming soon.

Can clients ask for a time themselves?

Yes. Share your booking link and clients ask for a time through it. Each request is matched against your availability before you accept.

Is there a limit on clients or sessions?

No. Unlimited clients, sessions, and booking requests are included, with no per-client, per-booking, or per-session charges.

Do I have to move my notes?

No. Addison is scheduling, allocations, and continuity. Clinical records stay wherever you already keep them.
